Another roll for the buildings in Boston, Spring 2012

I can’t believe it was my first visit to this city! Ah remarkable buildings, awesome food, weather was eh, but dope vibe nonetheless!
I had a lovely time with my fam here, and was lucky to meet up with old friends and make some new ones! Im comin baaaaack!!!

This is “Pancho’s” Ranch. They host events that aims to entertain and educate people on Argentinian Ranchero lifestyle. We started with a caballero show, and I was truly in awe of these creatures and I went on to thinking about how important they have been for us and how we have used them throughout our history. They showcased their speed and control of the horses, as well as this insane game where they go full speed and try to put a stick through a ring the size of an oreo. I couldn’t do that walking.
Great show, but that was outmatched by their BBQ! The chicken was bomb and melted off the bones. And I never had a filet with that much flavor before. Local Malbec ignited talks of history which brought up Pancho’s (cousin) familial relationship to Che Guevara, very nice. We finished with rounds of dancing to Argentinian music, then couple hits of Arabic songs and gave our graces to the host family.
We learned a lot that day. That simple living and generosity are one jazzy combination. Good food makes eerything okay. And that these guys know how to ride horses and cook a mean steak.
Many thanks to the Pancho and his family for their one of a kind hospitality and showing us so much love!
